Short-term rent for the price of 450 CZK per person / night, spa fee is 15 CZK.
Long-term rental for 12 months and more is for the price of 10,000 CZK / month according to the contract + 3,000 / month flat rate for services (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, cleaning, maintenance, waste collection).
